Beatbot World Cup 2026 Promotion —— Official Rules

1. Promoter

Beatbot, operated by [Beatbot Technology DE GmbH ] (the "Promoter"). These Offical Rules govern the Beatbot World Cup 2026 promotion ( the "Promotion") on the Prompter's official direct-to-consumer (DTC) website (the "Wbesite") in [Germany/France].

2. Promotion Period:

The overall Promotion Period runs from 1 July 2026, 00:00 CEST to 20 July 2026, 23:59 CEST. All dates and times in these Rules are stated in Central European Summer Time (CEST, UTC+2).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old, who register on the Website for the first time and place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period. Participation involves no separate entry fee.

4. How to Participate

During the Promotion Period, an eligible user may, via the pop-up on the Website, enter their email address and select one (1) team they predict will win the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

• Each email address may submit one (1) team prediction only for the entire Promotion. If multiple submissions are made, only the first is recorded.
• Champion Prediction window: 1 July 2026, 00:00 CEST to 19 July 2026, 20:00 CEST. No prediction will be accepted after this time.
• The date and time of the prediction submission determines the gift card tier.

5. Reward Mechanism

If the team selected by the participant becomes the 2026 FIFA World Cup champion, the participant will receive a Beatbot gift card. The gift card value is a percentage of the qualifying order amount, and the percentage is determined solely by the date/time at which the participant submitted their prediction (the "vote"), as follows:

Prediction (vote) submitted (CEST) & Gift Card Value:

• 1 July – 4 July 2026: 25% of the qualifying order amount
• 5 July – 8 July 2026: 20% of the qualifying order amount
• 9 July – 12 July 2026: 15% of the qualifying order amount
• 13 July – 16 July 2026: 10% of the qualifying order amount
• 17 July – 19 July 2026 (until 20:00 CEST): 5% of the qualifying order amount

Winners are determined after the World Cup Final. Gift cards are sent to the winning account's registered email within two (2) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

6. Gift Card Terms of Use

Any gift card issued under Reward Mechanism 1 is subject to the following terms:

• Account-bound: redeemable only by the registered account (email) that submitted the winning prediction; personal and non-transferable; may not be sold, assigned, gifted or shared.
• No expiry: no expiry date; valid until redeemed.
• No product restriction: applicable to any product on the Website.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Single use: redeemable once only, against a single order. The amount applied at checkout shall not exceed the gift card's face value. If the order total is lower than the face value, the gift card covers the order total and any remaining balance is forfeited (no cash, refund, change or residual balance). If the order total exceeds the face value, the gift card covers up to its face value and the customer pays the difference.

7. Amazon Orders

If a participant submits a Champion Prediction on the Website but places the order through Amazon, the participant must provide proof of the prediction and contact Amazon customer service directly for assistance.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter may shorten, suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion for good cause (e.g., force majeure, manipulation, technical failure). The Promoter is not liable for late, lost or misdirected entries or for technical failures beyond its control. Void where prohibited. These Rules are governed by the laws of [Germany / France], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the participant's country of residence.
