What are the eligibility requirements for the pre-launch offer?

When will the product be shipped?
Shipping will start from March 16 and delivery will take 2-10 days. Priority shipping will be arranged for customers that have reserved the pre-launch offer.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. If you have not paid the remaining balance by April 12, your deposit will be automatically refunded. If you would like a refund earlier, you can also contact our customer service team.
Which countries / regions does this pre-launch offer apply to?
Orders placed on eu.beatbot.com are shipped to the mainland regions of Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.Islands and overseas territories of these countries are not included in the delivery area.
What is the warranty policy for this product?
We offer a standard 3-year warranty for the main product. This includes the drive box with battery, PCB, motor, sensor, plastic parts, and power supply. If your product experiences any faults within 36 months, we will replace it with a brand-new unit.
What is your return policy?
We provide a 30-day free return window, starting from the day you receive your product. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within this period for a full refund. This policy applies to AquaSense X units purchased directly from eu.beatbot.com.
What are the shipping costs?
We cover the shipping costs for free.
- Based on typical AstroRinse™ station usage (2-3 times per week). Actual emptying frequency varies depending on factors including but not limited to pool size, debris volume, seasons, and frequency of self-cleaning cycles. Individual results may vary.
- Disposable debris bags are not included in the March 16 product launch and will be released separately at a later date.
- AI debris detection and automatic retargeting are available in most cleaning modes. This functionality is supported in Floor Mode, Standard Mode, Pro Mode, Area Mode (unless walls only are selected), and AI Quick Mode. The feature is not available in MultiZone Mode, ECO Mode, or Area Mode when only the wall is selected.
- Recommended storage conditions: temperature between −4°F and 158°F, with relative humidity ≤ 75%. To ensure long-term performance, winterization is required in freezing conditions. Please disconnect and drain all inlet and outlet hoses before storage, even with the antifreeze feature enabled. For best protection, indoor storage is recommended during winter.
- The visuals are for demonstration purposes and may not precisely reflect the final product or real-world use scenarios.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beatbot may, at its sole discretion, amend these rules or cancel any pre-launch benefits from time to time. Beatbot reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraud, abuse or other improper performance in this activity without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
- Participants in this pre-launch activity agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that Beatbot's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Beatbot reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this activity.
- All orders must comply with Beatbot's purchase agreement and return policy during the activity.
- This pre-launch activity do not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
- Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will disqualify participants.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their local jurisdiction if 18 is not local age of majority; and they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Beatbot reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the activity at any time.. Any changes will be announced on beatbot.com.
- Beatbot will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
- Beatbot will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to the pre-launch activity.
- Participants agree to release and discharge Beatbot from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to the pre-launch activity or the participant's entry into the pre-launch activity.
