Credit/Debit card are the fastest and most widely used payment option. After selecting Credit/Debit card in the payment options and confirming the order, you will be redirected to a secure payment portal. Enter your credit card details and finalize the payment there. A credit card can only be used as the payment method when placing an order through our e-store and its secure payment portal. Please note that HeyGears does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. 

 

Before paying by card 

• Be redirected to the PayPal website to authenticate the transaction and log in to their account (if required).
• The buyer confirms the payment details, including the total amount and the chosen funding source (e.g., bank account, credit card, PayPal balance).
• Once the payment details are confirmed, PayPal processes the payment and provides the buyer with a receipt.
• The seller receives the payment and can choose to transfer the funds to their bank account or keep them in their PayPal account for future transactions.

Once the payment is processed successfully, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few minutes.If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please contact our customer service (service@beatbot.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and process any refunds as quickly as possible.
