  • Each user can extend the warranty up to a maximum of 5 years. Any additional extension orders beyond this limit will be considered invalid.
  • The extended warranty period starts 10 days after the order date.

Purchase Instructions

  • You can purchase this warranty within 30 days of buying the main unit. Orders placed beyond 30 days will be canceled and refunded after customer service review.

2. How to Bind the Machine After Purchase:

  • You don't need to bind now; we'll handle the registration uniformly.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Warranty extensions are virtual products and are non-refundable when purchased separately. Please make your purchase carefully.
  • If you return a machine purchased with a warranty extension, the warranty extension can be refunded.

Can I purchase additional warranty extensions after receiving the free one-year extension?

Yes, each user can have a maximum warranty period of 5 years. After getting the free one-year extension, you can buy up to 2 more years of warranty.

If I purchase two machines and then purchase one warranty extension, will each machine receive a one-year extension?

No, one warranty extension can only be bound to one machine. If you need both machines to have extended warranty coverage, please purchase two separate warranty extensions and bind them separately.

If I purchase the wrong type of warranty extension, can I transfer it to another machine?

No, you cannot. If you purchased the wrong type of warranty extension, please contact customer service service@beatbot.com for a refund, and then reorder the correct type of warranty extension.

If I previously bought a machine that's still under warranty, and, within the warranty period, purchased the same type of machine, can the warranty be extended to the new machine?

No, the warranty is tied to the machine's SN number. Each warranty is valid for one machine only.
