Can the Sora 30 clean saltwater pools?
The Sora 30 is capable of cleaning saltwater pools, provided that the salt concentration is below 5000 PPM.There is no need to worry, though. We have fully taken the saltwater environment into account in the product design. According to our research, the salt concentration of nearly all residential swimming pools does not exceed this limit.

How long does the battery of the Sora 30 last on a full charge?
Based on the laboratory test data:
It has a battery life of 5 hours for pool-floor-only cleaning tasks.
It has a battery life of 4.5 hours for cleaning tasks that cover the pool floor, walls and waterline.
What is the battery capacity of the Sora 30?

Can the Sora 30 be controlled through the app for cleaning?
The Sora 30 supports 2.4G/5G/Bluetooth.(Wi-Fi range: 40 m; Bluetooth range: 20 m)
When the Sora 30 is on the water surface and online, users can switch the cleaning mode via the App. However, when the robot is on the pool floor or pool wall, it cannot be controlled through the App.
Can the Sora 30 clean the sun deck?
Yes. You can clean the shallow water platform using the Standard Mode.
Notes:
The water depth of the platform must be greater than 0.7 ft (0.2 m), and both the length and width of the platform shall be no less than 3.3 ft (1 m).
For better cleaning results, it is recommended to remove debris from the platform before starting.
