Wat zijn de geschiktheidsvereisten voor het pre-launch aanbod?
- Algemene geschiktheid: Exclusief aanbod alleen beschikbaar voor klanten die reserveren vóór 15 maart 2026, 23:59 (PCT). Limiet: één eenheid per klant.
- Pre-orderkorting: Reserveer met een volledig terugbetaalbare aanbetaling van $250. De kortingscode wordt per e-mail verzonden. Voer de kortingscode in bij het afrekenen om het aanbod te verzilveren wanneer het product officieel wordt gelanceerd op 15 maart 2026.
Wanneer wordt het product verzonden?
De verzending begint op 16 maart en de levering duurt 2-10 dagen. Prioriteitsverzending wordt geregeld voor klanten die de pre-launch aanbieding hebben gereserveerd.
Is de aanbetaling terugbetaalbaar?
Ja. Als u het resterende bedrag niet vóór 12 april heeft betaald, wordt uw aanbetaling automatisch terugbetaald. Als u eerder een terugbetaling wilt, kunt u ook contact opnemen met onze klantenservice.
Op welke landen/regio's is deze pre-launch aanbieding van toepassing?
Bestellingen geplaatst op eu.beatbot.com worden verzonden naar de vastelandregio's van Duitsland, Frankrijk, Italië en Spanje. Eilanden en overzeese gebieden van deze landen zijn niet inbegrepen in het leveringsgebied.
Wat is het garantiebeleid voor dit product?
We bieden een standaard garantie van 3 jaar op het hoofdproduct. Dit omvat de aandrijfbox met batterij, PCB, motor, sensor, kunststof onderdelen en voeding. Als uw product binnen 36 maanden defect raakt, vervangen wij het door een gloednieuw exemplaar.
Wat is uw retourbeleid?
We bieden een gratis retourtermijn van 30 dagen, te rekenen vanaf de dag dat u uw product ontvangt. Als u om welke reden dan ook niet volledig tevreden bent met uw aankoop, kunt u deze binnen deze periode retourneren voor een volledige terugbetaling. Dit beleid is van toepassing op AquaSense X-units die rechtstreeks zijn gekocht via eu.beatbot.com.
Wat zijn de verzendkosten?
Wij dekken de verzendkosten gratis.
- Based on typical AstroRinse™ station usage (2-3 times per week). Actual emptying frequency varies depending on factors including but not limited to pool size, debris volume, seasons, and frequency of self-cleaning cycles. Individual results may vary.
- Disposable debris bags are not included in the March 16 product launch and will be released separately at a later date.
- AI debris detection and automatic retargeting are available in most cleaning modes. This functionality is supported in Floor Mode, Standard Mode, Pro Mode, Area Mode (unless walls only are selected), and AI Quick Mode. The feature is not available in MultiZone Mode, ECO Mode, or Area Mode when only the wall is selected.
﹡Recommended storage conditions: temperature between −4°F and 158°F, with relative humidity ≤ 75%. To ensure long-term performance, winterization is required in freezing conditions. Please disconnect and drain all inlet and outlet hoses before storage, even with the antifreeze feature enabled. For best protection, indoor storage is recommended during winter.
