[1] Trade-in value is provided as a coupon code valid exclusively for purchasing AquaSense X on beatbot.com and cannot be used toward other products or channels. This coupon code cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, except for AquaSense X pre-sale benefits.

[2] Please note: Once you have chosen to return devices and submit the trade-in evaluation form, the decision cannot be revoked and the warranty on the devices will expire immediately.

[3] Trade-in value is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or substitutable.

[4] Coupon codes will be issued within 2 business days once Beatbot receives your trade-in device and confirms that the device matches the information you filled in the trade-in form. They will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

[5] Return date is selected by the user when completing the trade-in form; the prepaid return label will be sent by our support team at the chosen time.

[6] AquaSense X is expected to be officially launched on March 16, 2026 at 00:00 (PCT), and coupon codes will only become applicable upon the launch of AquaSense X. From the date your device is shipped to receipt of the coupon, the process typically takes approximately 12 business days.

[7] Participating in the trade-in program during the pre-sale period (January 23, 2026 – March 15, 2026) does not guarantee eligibility for the first 200 special early-payment benefits; users are responsible for planning their timing accordingly.

[8] You shall bear losses resulting from your incorrect device shipment or shipment of the wrong device. Beatbot shall not be liable for any such losses or damages.

[9] To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beatbot may, at its sole discretion, amend these rules or cancel any trade-in from time to time. Beatbot reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in fraud, abuse or other improper performance in this trade-in program without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

[10] Users participating in this trade-in program agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that Beatbot's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Beatbot reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this program.

[11] The trade-in activity does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

[12] Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will disqualify participants.

[13] Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their local jurisdiction if 18 is not the local age of majority; and they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

[14] Beatbot reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the trade-in program at any time. Any changes will be announced on the eu.beatbot.com.

[15] Beatbot assumes no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

[16] Beatbot will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions in any way related to the trade-in program.

[17] Participants agree to release and discharge Beatbot from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to the trade-in program or the Participant's entry into the trade-in program.

[18] The device selected during the trade-in application must exactly match the device returned. Beatbot reserves the right to reject or void any trade-in if the returned model does not match the selected model or provided serial number.

[19] Each device X purchase is eligible for one trade-in value only. Multiple trade-in values cannot be combined or applied toward a single AquaSense X order.

[20] Beatbot reserves the final explanation right of the activity.
